- The prices do not include technical support for problems related to the action of the operating system in the virtual machine, excluding requests for a reboot, communication tests (if there is no communication), and replying to general questions.
- The client, who is interested in specific technical support for his virtual machine, can purchase it for an automatically renewed monthly payment of $39, or as an “Hours Bank” at a rate of $59/hour – a minimum of 5 hours per year.
- Services, which are renewed monthly, can be stopped by written notification 30 days in advance.
